Leadership built under pressure.

I am a DoD-cleared technology leader, former U.S. Army Ranger, and hands-on engineer with a career spanning secure enterprise networking, unified communications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and mission operations.

My leadership foundation was forged in the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, where standards are non-negotiable, communication must be clear, and preparation has to account for friction before it arrives. I carry that same discipline into every technical program and every team I lead.

I progressed from building and sustaining tactical communications in deployed environments to leading enterprise modernization and secure infrastructure delivery for high-consequence aerospace and defense programs. I remain close enough to the technology to challenge assumptions, translate complex requirements, develop capable teams, and remain accountable for the result.

My military service is not a footnote in my career. It is the operating foundation behind how I plan, communicate, develop people, manage risk, and execute under pressure.

Leadership carried forward

  • Mission translation. Converts commander's intent and operational needs into clear technical priorities, resource plans, and execution standards.
  • Contingency readiness. Plans for disruption, degraded operations, rapid recovery, and the realities that appear after the briefing ends.
  • Team development. Builds technically competent teams grounded in trust, preparation, individual responsibility, and shared standards.
  • Security and accountability. Protects mission systems, manages risk, and maintains ownership from planning through final delivery.

A career built on secure delivery and accountable leadership.

Select a role to review the full scope, measured results, and technical environment.

Calm under pressure. Clear on standards. Accountable for results.

My leadership philosophy was forged in the Ranger Regiment and refined across high-stakes technology programs: establish the standard, build the team, master the fundamentals, plan for friction, and finish the mission.
